How do I sign up for an Unlimited Membership?

You can sign up either online or in-person at any one of our locations. Simply ask an attendant inside or sign up at the pay stations. You can also sign up online at our webstore.


Do I have to sign a contract for an Unlimited Membership?

No, all of our memberships are contract-less and can be cancelled at any time.

When will my membership be billed?

Your membership will be billed automatically every thirty (30) days from your sign up day.

Can I use my membership at any GoShine?

Yes, your membership will work at all of our locations.

Is the monthly pricing the same at all locations?

No, each store may have it's own monthly cost. See physical storefront or webstore for details.


How often can I wash my car?

There is no limit on how many times you can wash your car throughout the month. We do recommend that you wash your vehicle no more than 2-3 times a week for best results. 

How do I use my membership?

Once you've joined, pull up to our pay stations and our scanners will automatically read your license plate or your membership sticker. Once scanned, the gate will open and you're ready to receive your wash.

Can my membership be used on more than one vehicle?

Memberships are limited to one membership per vehicle. 

Can my Unlimited Membership transfer to another vehicle?

Yes. Simply see one of our attendants to adjust your vehicle information.


Can I upgrade my Unlimited Membership?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership in-person at one of our locations or through our website.

In-person changes are made by any of our site managers. Just stop by one of our locations and tell us what membership package you want to upgrade to. Billing changes will appear on your next billing cycle.

Using the website, just select 'Manage My Membership' and follow the prompts that appear. Billing changes will appear on your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, simply select 'Manage My Membership' on our website and select the cancel option. Cancelations must be made no less than 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle to ensure no additional charges occur. 

Will I be refunded for my canceled membership?

We do not offer refunds for canceled membership. Canceled memberships are valid and useable until their expiration date. We do recommend that you cancel your membership no less than 48 hours before our billing date to ensure no additional charges occur.
