How long does a wash take?
Our tunnel is designed for quality and efficiency— your car will be cleaned and dried in only 3 minutes.
Do you offer a touchless wash?
No, we do not offer a touchless option. Our express tunnel system uses soft foam and advanced materials designed for designed for vehicle safety.
Is GoShine safe for my vehicle?
Yes. We use state-of-the-art equipment and gentle Neoglide foam to protect your car’s surface. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, loose items, or vehicles older than 7 years.
Can my car get scratched in the wash?
We use modern equipment designed to protect your paint. Our process is safe for most vehicles, including those with wraps or special coatings.
What kind of soaps or waxes do you use?
We use premium biodegradable soaps plus options like Carnauba Hot Wax, Ceramic X3, and Graphene Coating for added shine and protection.
Do you wash oversized vehicles?
If your vehicle fits within our height and width restrictions (check with your location), we can wash it. Lifted trucks or certain roof attachments may not be eligible.

How often can I wash my car?
As often as you like. Really. Wash every day if you want.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up online at goshineexpress.com or at any GoShine location.
How do I access the wash with my membership?
We use license plate recognition—no sticker required. Just pull up and go.
Can I use my membership at any GoShine location?
Yes. Your membership works at all 6 of our Mississippi locations.
When will I be billed?
You are billed automatically every 30 days based on your original sign-up date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel online or in person. No contracts, no penalties.
Can I transfer my membership to a new vehicle?
Yes. You can update your license plate online or with help from our staff once per billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Customers can currently Suspend, or Pause, their membership by stopping by any of our locations and asking to pause billing and providing the date they would like to resume billing.

Yes. Every wash comes with access to our powerful vacuums, air guns, and free towel usage.
Is there a time limit on the vacuums?
Nope. Take your time. Our spacious shaded bays make it easy to clean your car inside and out.

Yes. Microfiber towels and mat cleaners are available at no charge with every wash.
